This sleepy Mediterranean town was founded by the Ancient Greeks as a colony of Pharos over 2000 years ago. Walk around its mediaeval streets and visit the romantic Tvrdalj – a Renaissance fortified castle built by a local poet Petar Hektorovic. After a leisurely walk, ride to Malo Grablje village. Deserted in the 1960s in favour of the seaside Milna, today it’s a quirky open-air museum of a world gone by.
